Good news, bad news

Good news: Technical problem with comic is solved.

Bad news: Today's comic will be late. Here's why:


This is the rough layout version of the painting I'm doing for the Eon art challenge.


And this is where I've gotten on it so far with the detailing, working on the background first. You can see I'm refining the pyramid and the roadways.

I spent much of last night on these two images, after realizing that the other image I was working on wasn't gonna cut it and was similar subject-wise to several other entrants's work.

Wow... I just checked the challenge site, and they've extended the deadline until the end of January! WHEW!!! I can relax a bit!!!!

OK. Well, I'll finish the new comic at home tonight, then.
