It's Patently Obvious...

...that I won't be getting my album done this year. And at the rate I'm going, probably not next year either. There's just not enough hours in a week for me to get it done without sacrificing a whole crapload of sleep.

When I was 25 and looking forward to getting famous and touring the world, that sacrifice was easy to make. Now... not so much.

I really would like to do more music, more often. Really. But it's not as much of a priority anymore, and it winds up going to the bottom of the list. It makes me a little sad, but I have a lot of other things going on that make me happy, so it's a little bit of sad that I can deal with.

Well, I'm not giving up. We'll see what happens. But anyway, no album for the practically foreseeable future.
